Your Privacy Matters

Privacy Policy

We believe privacy should be simple and transparent. This policy explains clearly what information Fitlydoo collects, why we collect it, how it is used, and how we keep it safe.

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

This policy will be updated as new services and features are introduced to Fitlydoo.

1. Information We Collect

Fitlydoo is a free health calculator and educational resource website. We collect a minimal amount of information to operate the site, improve our services, display relevant advertising, and respond to user enquiries.

The information we collect falls into two categories: information you voluntarily provide to us (such as through contact forms or newsletter signups) and information automatically collected when you visit the site (such as usage data and cookie information).

Important: Fitlydoo calculators do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use them. Calculator inputs (age, weight, height, etc.) are processed entirely within your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. Information You Voluntarily Provide

We collect information you choose to give us through the following:

  • Contact form submissions: When you submit a message via our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, subject, category, and message. See Section 8 for full details.
  • Newsletter signups: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. See Section 7 for full details.
  • User feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you choose to share with us via email or contact form.

You are never required to provide this information to use the Fitlydoo calculators or read our educational content.

3. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit Fitlydoo, certain information may be automatically collected by our hosting infrastructure and third-party services. This may include:
